What affects the cost of home insurance? Often times, this would depend on how much it would costs to replace the house and which of the additional riders are included. These additional insured items are normally attached to the policy, which is in itself lengthy contract. It enumerates what will be paid and what will not be paid in the cases surrounding the various events.
